i own a mobile home but it's on my mother's property. she will not let me move it with her consent. is there any legal way she could stop us from moving it off her land. and if so how do i go about removing itLegal advise about moving my mobile home?
Get yourself an attorney. Anyone coming on her property without her consent could be charged with trespassing. She could sue for any damage done to her property. your better of leaving it . it is costly to move one.. you need a semi to move on and also you would need permits from the state to move an oversize load and will run into the thousands
