Hi Omar
I m a regular jogger. For a start, try jogging 1 to 2 km per day. After 1 or 2 weeks, try increasing 10% of your running distance. Do this until you reach a comfortable distance and I bet you will feel good.
Happy jogging
DeanI'm starting to jog for exercise, I'm having a hard time keeping up any good advise?
they say the slow and steady wins the race, so keep it up and don't just give up...I'm starting to jog for exercise, I'm having a hard time keeping up any good advise?
If you don't like doing it, do something you love doing instead. Whether it's basketball, swimming, lifting weights, doesn't matter, just make sure your heart is into it so you stick with it to reach your goals.
What do you mean, keeping up??? It takes time to develop endurance. You can jog for 1/2 a mile for the first couple weeks, then go further the next few, then further and further.
