Im 14 and I want to exercise and lose weight, what exercise would you advise?

Run/walk for about 30 minutes a day. 40-50 sit ups. 10-20 push ups and jumping jacks. 40-50 sit ups. Do that daily. Good luckIm 14 and I want to exercise and lose weight, what exercise would you advise?
make sure that you weigh yourself too figure out if you are actually overweight%26gt; you need to know if you have to loose or tone up.


Eat right, more of proteins,boiled eggs(no yolk0,green salad,fruits,juices, less of carbs n drink water.

Talk to your doctor if you can. If not, try following some moves in 17 or other teen mags. They usually come with dieting tips as well, so it's very helpful.
the only healthy way to lose weight is to eat healthy and do cardio. Running, swimming, cycling, fast paced walk, rollerblading, things like this that keep your heart rate up. Do some form of cardio 4-6 times a week for 30-60 min each time and you will be on the right track. oh and be sure to drink lots of water!
I would suggest swimming. Its fun, it burns off alot of calories and it doesnt feel like excercise!





I lost some weight by Swimming and cardio 3 times a week.





Just make sure your eating well balanced meals. Cut out junk food, try and switch to low fat foods and drink more water. Try to add in simple things to your daily routines, walk instead of getting a lift, take the stairs etc.
