I want to become a landlord. I have 50K. I want to invest. Can someone advise me?

hello, i live in the W Coast. I have my own pad already. I want to invest more in the real estate. I have around $50k. i would like to invest to get a monthly stream of income. I am open for other states as well.

me personally i would start off wit a small apartment community in phoenix keep it up for like two years then you can move on to pretty much any other kind of property you want really but that is only in arizona out here the longer you hold on to something like that the more credibility you earn and you earn people's trust with their propertiesI want to become a landlord. I have 50K. I want to invest. Can someone advise me?
