1. ok being a medical student i can advise you to take bath atleast twice a day and drink lots of water so the amount of water not utilized by the body or used by the cells are discarded through urine and you will get less sweat.
2. Have a peaceful sleep at night and always allow your body to stay cool.
3. Never get tensed or frustated very soon and try to get solutions of the problem.
First . . . Ask yourself these questions:

* How long has the sweating been going on?
* When does the sweating occur? All day or only at night?
* Is there a fever? Does the person feel sick?
* Is there a family history of excessive sweating?
* Is the person taking any medications or illegal drugs?
* Does the sweating occur in only some areas of the body or all over?
Are you overweight? The purpose of sweating is to cool down the body . . . The question you may want to ask yourself is ';why am I overheated?';
This question could be the begining of a whole new world in learning about yourself and how your body works.
First - TALK TO YOUR DOCTOR.
I had a similar problem that persisted for years. It was not until I was diagnosed as diabetic that I learned that my sweating was a symptom. There were many others as well. If I had asked my Dr. about them earlier, perhaps my diabetes would have been diagnosed sooner.
Here's an authoritative link you may find useful. But do talk to your Doctor.
