I am 27 weeks pregnant and I cannot call asleep at night.. I was thinking of drinking my celeste sleepy time tea but i am scared that it may not be good when you are pregnantAny advise on how to sleep better?
I just made sure to have plenty of pillows, to help prop up my belly and put in between my legs. Its pretty hard to get some good sleep... and its just gonna get rougher. Hang in there... Any advise on how to sleep better?
i had the ame problem and was awake for weeks at a time - toward the end i was so desperate that i begged my dr for something to put me to sleep. i had tried all the herbal stuff and the warm milk and all the other suggestions.
finally in the last month i was give a sleeping pill and still could only get 3-4 hours sleep a night. now i have a baby that is constanly waking during the night so i still dont get more than about 3-4 hours sleep. very hard to cope with.
hope you have better luck than me and know that you are not alone.
i drink a glass of hot milk at night before going to bed, that makes me fall asleep
i also use four pillows, one between my legs, one behind my back, and i hug one lol that makes my sleeping comfy

Walking a lot helped me also warm showers. I know it's hard not getting much rest.
i have the same problem my doctor told me to take tylenol pm and it's safe to take while pregnant.
